Ingredients

1 c. Pamela's Pancake and Biscuit mix

1/4 C. Sour Cream

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. currents

2 tbsp. egg white

1/4 c. butter

1/4 c. sugar

1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

In a small cereal bowl, combine sour cream and baking soda with a wire whisk. Set aside.

In a food processor mix flour, sugar, baking power, cream of tartar, and butter. Pulse until well blended, about 30 seconds.

Pour dry mixture into a mixing bowl, and add egg, and the sour cream. Stir in the currants.

On a well floured board, (gf of course!) roll out and make round, 1/2 inch thick. Cut into your favorite shapes.

Put on well greased cookie sheet, cooking at 350 Degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
