Sauteed Fresh Greens




2 large bags fresh kale

1 large bag collard greens

1/4 cups almond

1/4 cups oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt


Cut up greens after washing into cubes . Heat oil in large stock pot. keep adding greens ad they wilt. Heat should be medium high. If water seems low just add a cup. Stir and cook for about 20 minutes.
