1 qt strained tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 teaspoons smooshed garlic
1 tsp thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt
Six drops amalase
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese flavor
3 teaspoons nutritional yeast
1 1/2 onions sautéed in butter or appropriate non-butter vegan substance
My improved version of lamonicos pizza sauce
Sauté onions after they are finely chopped. Combined remaining ingredients in a 2 quart sauce pan. Heat on medium low for about two hours.
